I wasn't home when the electrician came to give the quote, but my mother felt he was pushy and was a high pressure salesman. I had him fix the minor repair inside my house, but some how he identified a problem outside my home that cost $1300. I went ahead and had the outside work done this week. I was at work, but my son was home. I knew they had to cut out a hole in the wall in my bedroom, but I was disappointed to come home and find plaster dust and debris on the floor, not cleaned up. Also, the contents of a cupboard and a closet spread out on the floor and not put back. Not sure if that is standard, but I wasn't impressed. I will say I have had plumbing work done by your affiliate company and was pleased with their service and how neat and professional the job was. I bought the year membership, but the discount is not reflected on the invoice. I am told it is applied, but I suggest it would feel better to see the regular price and then the discount. Part of the reason I bought the membership was because of the multi-point inspection I read about. It was disappointing to realize after the fact that I have to wait until the end of the first year to get that inspection. The reason I wanted it done right away was I recently took over this house on my own and I was hoping to have someone look it over and tell me if there are any concerns I should get repaired. I am a female and have no males in my life who are handy to help me. To be honest, by the end the year I may not want to renew the membership because I have been told that the prices I have paid for the work I have had done are quite high. I will see how the rest of the year goes. I am a business owner and I know I appreciate feedback from clients, so I hope you will take this as constructive and only wanting to help improve your service and business name.
