They responded quicly and were on time when they came. My only concern was the price I thought a bit expensive. However I have not made any comparisons as yet.

I called to book an appointment for someone to fix my washing machine because it wouldn't drain. I was told that a manager would call me the next day to to give me a time when the repair tech would arrive. I didn't hear anything by noon so I called again. A different person answered and I had to give him all the information again. A couple hours give or take a tech named Campbell called me to tell me he was nearly here. He was so very polite and got the pump working again by unclogging some debris that was in the pump. However, that is all he did so he wasn't thorough. Therefore when I went to do another load of laundry the same thing happened. I was very upset by this because I'd just paid $184.00 for the service. When I called to complain, another person answered and I had to give all the information again - which is utterly frustrating. I asked for someone to come back that day to fix it and was told you don't do service at night. So I asked for someone to come first thing in the morning and was told there was no guarantee you could do that. After some more conversation the guy told me that someone would be here at 8:00am the next day. I then received an email to my gmail address confirming my appointment for 9:30am to 11:30am. More frustration on my part. So I called again to ask why and had to give all my information again. I was speaking to a Kristen who was so very condescending it just made me more angry. I emailed your Chestermere office to complain twice and did not receive any response at all which I consider bad customer relations. I spoke to Campbell as well that night and again he is very agreeable however he did not know what had been going on. He showed up the next morning and spent quite some time doing his job. So because of him and the fact that I wasn't charged for the service that day are the only redeeming reasons why I rated you as 5 when asked how likely it would be for me to recommend you to anyone else.
