The associate who came to my house was courteous and effective in replacing my window. However, I have to say he was not very careful to make the window look good from the outside. From the outside you could see black stains that were not there before and part of the plastic lining the window was detached. Here in Oak Bay people are very detailed when it comes to how the house looks from the outside, so I can not say I am completely satisfied. (PS: I cleaned the window myself - I needed to use paint remover - and also managed to attache the loose plastic ends).
